Technical problems on Finance page

Today, information on my technical page has disappeared. Amount in 'Available for deposit' has disappeared completely. No total amount given in sales either. Please fix as I cannot use the page as it is.

By the way, NONE of your so called labels refers to financial information. Please add a label for finance.

Well I see this now, but I assume it's normal, because I have no outstanding bill, and nothing available for deposit today.  What is it supposed to look like - zeroes instead of dashes?

If you scroll down, can you see a balance on the right??  For established shops, that number will be available tomorrow - for newer shops, or shops on payment reserve, the availability will vary.

No, it's not normal. Funds from yesterday's sales should be available for deposit and that amount should be given there. We should also have constant access to the Deposit Schedule as the money is ours and we should always have access to cleared funds.

Exactly... I had set up the amount to be deposited today, but there are just those two dashes and no amount in either box.

Normally, but now it should say "in the process of being deposited" or whatever is usual.

The amount is correct in the line items, which is what should be available for deposit today.

Makes ya wonder what they're up to now... grumble.

The payment schedule you selected and the last few digits of whatever account your funds are transferred to used to show as well but are no longer there.

It used to say '$O.OO' if there were no funds available but now you see '--', plus the other missing information.

Yes, I've just checked my other Etsy shop and same problem there. Nothing in 'Available for deposit'. No access to Bank Account or Deposit schedule. Hope they are aware of the issue.

Same with mine,  It must happened with in the hour.  I made two sales and went to check my balance and there was no balance and just two dashes.

Yes same here! Such a relief to know that this is a general issue and not person! *phew* Queue mini heart attack.

I have started the process and haven't verified the deposits yet, that's all.

I was just curious if that could be why mine is fine and others aren't?

@ampersay Looks like we have a widespread issue. I have the same. I'm supposed to get a deposit today, but nothing is showing.

Mine has the 3 dashes at the top for Available for Deposit and to the Left of that as well (I forget what that caption says).

@funkydreamsmosaics   I bet there are several who are not verified for Plaid.  I did it (Manual), and it went through fine.
