Technical problems on Finance page

Today, information on my technical page has disappeared. Amount in 'Available for deposit' has disappeared completely. No total amount given in sales either. Please fix as I cannot use the page as it is.

By the way, NONE of your so called labels refers to financial information. Please add a label for finance.

Same here! I was just searching for this issue. This morning the amount for deposit was showing, but suddenly disappeared and it's only showing "--"

I just talked to Etsy and they are now aware of problem and engineers are working on it. Are supposed to let me know more when resolved or if they need more information.

I should have a very big deposit today and all I see are dashes --. As far as having a balance, if it is zero amount owed, than you should see zero's in that space not dashes -- like I am viewing right now. This is very annoying as it will now hold up shipping. I have an unknown buyer and a very expensive doll that I will not ship until Etsy initiates this deposit. This is why I have had to extend my shipping time to 5 business days. These "Technical" issues are getting very old.

It's nothing to do with Plaid. I'm  UK based seller. No Plaid in the UK thank heavens!

Plaid is widespread in the UK, it is regulated by the FCA

I expect we will get it next on etsy

However, Etsy has been doing the small deposit verification here for a long time, so it won't be many of us

Sorry, yes Plaid is in the UK. But my bank, HSBC refuses to work with them, for obvious reasons, for which I am extremely grateful. I refuse to give my security info to anyone.

hsbc say they work with the ones on the fca, and plaid is on the fca register
