I had a tracking number error on my end but the item was shipped and I even received a 5 star review for the order. However, because of the number error, Etsy is saying I did not ship the item or provide a tracking number, therefore, lowering my star seller score for shipping. Is this able to be rectified or must I wait it out like I had to do for the last 3 months with a single error?
I understand this was human error on my part but I hate to see a lower score for just missing a number on the tracking.
