Etsy placed my account on vacation mode with no email. I opened an appeal up and they said I needed to update my name. I had put my first and last name in the "first name box" together. I moved the last name to "last name box" and responded to the message like it said. Then I received the same email from a different agent which made me think they wanted my middle name. I put that in next to first name and now it's saying with a big message that I need to verify within 60 days. I submitted my drivers license 4 times and my marriage certificate and still showing this message. I can't get anyone to respond and my account has been down for over 48 hrs and I can't remove my middle name now. Please advise what I should do. Can't get Etsy to respond
