Star Seller Status ?

How can I have a hit on my star seller status removed? I didn’t reply to someone I think was a scammer within 24 hours and now I did not receive star seller status for the last three months due to customer service and not replying within 24 hours.

You have to mark those messages as spam. Etsy's program does not take into consideration the validity of the message, that's your responsibility. If you don't mark it as spam (I think it may now say 'report message'), then yes, it counts against you.

You're also missing the shipping on time with tracking badge. So even if you had marked that message as spam, it doesn't appear that you would have qualified for the SS. 

You don't get any of these hits removed. You have to wait the 3 months until they are no longer counted.
