Hi everyone! Is anyone experiencing technical issues like me? The “Core Details” page is frozen. I cannot post a new listing and the issue is still going on after 4 weeks of reporting. I did also try logging in and out of my Etsy account, tried using my cellphone, laptop and another browser. Still the “Core Details” page is frozen. I was told another alternative, would be is to copy and paste an existing listing. In my case, even using my laptop computer, I cannot proceed the steps adding a new listing. I didn’t want a duplicate listing but a “new listing”. I did put numerous tickets in and all I heard was there was no timeframe resolving the issue. Is anyone else not able to run their Etsy shop right now? Please let me know. Would love to hear your feedback about this. Thank you!

If you use the duplicate button on an existing live listing, in your shop. delete what you need to change for the new one you want to do, you will have a blank listing page to complete the new one, and you should be able to fill in the core listing area.
Unfortunately, I need to use my cellphone instead of laptop because my photos are uploaded on my cellphone. And transferring the images to my laptop would not be the right size for Etsy. Also, when I try doing this on my cellphone, there’s no selection on my end to do a duplicate. I can only copy and existing listing. If I copy and existing listing and delete everything and then hit post listing will I be erasing my existing listing ? So confused.
@VintageRoaring20sEra Check to see if you have an ad blocker or other extension interfering. I have no problems with creating a new listing or copying with core details. I suspect the freezing may be due to an extension or ad blocker.
I never use the app. Too problematic. I only use a browser. So try the browser on your phone. Chances are your phone may have something that freezes the listing.
I don’t think that it’s my cellphone. There’s lots of other sellers having the same issue I am. And I do not use the app I use the browser on my phone. I’ve already been in communication with the technical department and it seems to be an issue on their end. The technical support team is working with an engineering team to figure out the problem!
Honestly, yesterday I was having trouble signing into Etsy because It wasn't sending the 2step verification code to my phone. Today I'm still having the same issue. Wont let me by pass the code screen unless the backup codes are used. Not sure, but maybe the issue is on Etsy's end?
