I have contacted Etsy through chat and posted this issue on Technical Issues previously, all to no avail.

I am STILL getting daily notifications through the forums from teams that I do NOT belong to playing search manipulation games.

It is really getting on my nerves, and I want it to stop please!

I do not understand why Etsy is ignoring me AND allowing these teams to continue such games.

When I was a newbie, I was on some teams for a while, but that was years ago.

Once I found out the games they play are not allowed and it was a time waster, I left the teams.

Would somebody in Etsy PLEASE help!

I think you would have to change the notifications you wish to receive. Probably in settings, but not sure exactly where. Okay, here it is:

It will be in your forum account settings. see if this link works... I see a box for email notifications.

edited to add: it will be all forum notifications though. not just the select teams you want to be rid of.

I agree... not sure why those forum game teams still exist. Such a time drain on all those naive sellers.

LastCentury is likely right - my answer is for the emails we get from Etsy, not the forums notifications. I still get team notifications too, I just ignore them.

I never belonged to these teams, and I do not like getting updates on them. It is annoying to me. It fills up my forum updates. Thanks though.
