No - Have you tried a different browser or contacted Etsy support?

There is another post about this so I am guessing it is a glitch. Maybe try with a different browser like Chrome.

Hi! Thanks a lot. I didn't try to change browser but now i find another way. I switched old version of listing and it is done.

Hi! Please change your listing as old version. It is asking you "switch to old version".
Yes for two days, I tried everything to fix with a tech. They seem to think its etsy websitre
