Hello! I need help! For more than 2 weeks my successful store has been blocked without explanation of the reason. At the time of blocking it had 2 bestselling products. There are no responses to my appeal or letters.... I am deeply depressed, as this is my only income during the war in my country!!!! And in such conditions I have been working for 3 years, sending parcels and receiving excellent feedback. And support has not been able to answer me and help for almost three weeks... only standard phrases that they will definitely help me... someday... I do not even understand what I need to fix. Is this normal for you? Will I again receive clarification of my email and promises that they will contact me??
