Our shop was put on Holiday Mode without any explanation or warning. No one from Etsy is getting back to us. We have one Etsy businesses and it is crucial to get these back up and running as this is our source of income, especially during the holidays. How do we get this resolved ASAP? We do not feel supported at all.
This is the message on our dashboard: Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info - This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

We have had the same, since Monday, the busiest week of the year, still nothing from Etsy to tell us how to solve the problem.
Also here. I couldn't believe it. I have uploaded my UTR and was expecting a swift reply, but nothing. Plus the chat button has been removed.
Oddly, feeling a bit of comfort that it isn't just me.
