Shop forced into Holiday Mode Without Warning

Hello,

my shop has been forced into holiday mode with no warning or explanation. All relevant tax details have been in place for some time.

Do we have any explanation for this?

Hello,

MY shop is having same issue for 5 days. They put it on vacation mode and didn't contact me about it or ask for a document to verify. We can't get a reply for our e mails or support requests. I need a help or at least want to know what is happening! This is really frustrating!

my store also was closed on forced vacation.  I reached out to the help center and have not heard anything yet. I hope it gets resolved soon

None whatsoever and the mods keep closing every single post that is started by another shop that gets closed.

Just coming here to say I had the same thing happed. This is the 4th day it's been in vacation mode without any word from Etsy. The only thing is a dashboard banner stating:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

However, nothing has changed and there's no option to upload anything. I reached out to support today but seeing this thread does not make me feel better about it getting resolved.

on my shop it just put that it’s a short break and no timeframe. I’m still waiting for a response to one of my messages to their help center.
