Yes, we should not have to do a workaround, but in the meantime this may help you.
For those who can't renew, activate, deactivate, publish, change shipping, delete a listing, have you tried through the sell on etsy app on your phone ? It worked fine for me yesterday and I could do all these things.
It’s shocking that Etsy does not supply any technical help at the weekends, probably the busiest time of the week for sales.
I wish we could rate them on customer service!!!
Yay this morning I was able to renew. All is back to normal. Phew happy dance
I just renew some listings in this shop too!! So happy!!

Yes it has shipping details. We don’t ship through Etsy
