try to renew from your home page , rather than your listings page
worked for me just now
This worked for me this morning! Thank you.
that is not working either
Thank you so much for this!!! I haven't been able to deactivate, delete, or renew listings for a few days, plus my star seller badge is messed up because my digital shop shows a "shipping" rating...lots of bugs right now it seems. I didn't even know there was a tool bar above the listings on the main shop page and all of the tools worked wonderfully! You are a life saver! Best to you and your shop.
Your listing is missing required shipping info that helps calculate estimated delivery dates. Update this listing to renew.
this comes up on the main page when I press renew. I cannot fine an edit button in any section
Thank you I’ll try
I wasn’t able to do that either boy my shop is really having issues
I was able to go into expired listings and click on the items expired and renewed that way, I just can't renew anything that hasn't expired yet. I guess until the bug is fixed, I'll have to wait until items are expired before I can renew. Thanks good luck everyone. Someone mentioned outages in Canada maybe it's causing issues on Etsy as well.
@ginasvintageshop If you go to the actual listing (on desktop anyway) you can renew from the banner across the top of the listing.
Sorry to sound dumb but I cannot find expired listings! Please help
I can renew items but for the last 2 days I can’t change my 4 featured items listed at the top of my home page....I’ll just wait it out til the bug is fixed.
You can change your featured items through the pencil of "edit shop" on your shop front. Once there, you can edit your queue of featured listings
.
Glad to see i'm not the only one. I tried to renew yesterday & again this morning & all i get is the oopsie message too. Hopefully they'll get it fixed before too long.
I cannot change my featured listings either. I've tried a few times this morning.
There's many, many posts on this if you do a forums search. Some issues you can reroute to accomplish the task and others you can't. Chat support said you can let them know to pass along to a tech.
Here is a link to initiate chat or email.
Rather than selecting RENEW select EDIT. It works the same way, pay .20 etc.
Your listing is missing required shipping info that helps calculate estimated delivery dates. Update this listing to renew.
this is the message I get and I cannot find an edit button anywhere.
Thank you for the link and advice on renewing listings. MADE MY DAY!!!
Thanks for all the suggestions. I went to "view on Etsy" and then from the listing I was able to renew - one of the options across the top. So frustrating!!
This just worked for me too! Wow, this is frustrating.... Adding my thanks for the suggestion.
Ok I have just figured out what the problem was. ETSY has put in place a request to confirm the 'delivery profiles'. They are now requesting that the original postcode where the item is shipped from is confirmed. If this is not updated under the ETSY account then it seems that we cannot renew or feature a listing.
In order to feature my listings, I had to first go under my Dashboard under my account > Click on the button 'Review profiles' and the button 'Create Profile' then follow the instruction to confirm the postcode as the origin where the product is shipped from and give it a specific Profile name then > Go to the Listings and click on the button ' Quick Edit' (top right corner of the page) and under each product update the 'Delivery profile' by selecting from the drag down menu the profile name I created > then click on the star symbol next to each item. I then refreshed my shop from a different browser and some of the items did seem to be visible now. Other are still not so I am still trying to figure out why they do not appear. It might be that the system needs some time to refresh and update their status.
Anyway, I hope you wil find this useful.
It is quite disappointing and frustrating that ETSY did not bother clarifying to the shp owners that unless this new requirement is updated the products can no longer be visible online.
Also I just figured out that if the products are set for UK delivery only, they will not be visible to customers searching from outside of the UK. I didn't know that so I thought I would share this information for others to know.
I have had no problem with listing new items, renewing listings or changing my feature items. I am using a desktop, chrome and windows 10. I have always done everything through shop manager maybe that is why I am not having problems. I'm also curious to know what devices everyone is using.
(Obviously Shop on Vacation). When I saw people having trouble the other day, I went into Listings Mgs. > selected items to make them Manuel Renewal (*received the Uh Oh Error Red Banner A few days prior, I did the same function and it went thru properly). I tried again later after seeing many more posts; still Uh, Oh Message.
(Desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).
