"Note To Buyer" from "Complete Order" Page Not Appearing Anywhere

When completing an order, there is a "Note To Buyer" section which when filled out does not appear to be included in the Shipping Notification eMail, or anywhere on the order page. Does anyone know if the buyer can see that message anywhere?

My note to buyer is included on the packing slip and them email they get from Etsy.

@BagmakerSupply  Shop Manager - Settings - Info & Appearance - Message to Buyer - SAVE at the bottom of that page.  This will show on the transaction email the Buyer gets, and you can select to have it show on the invoice and/or packing slip when you customize those options on the Orders page (if you use them)

As for the shipping notice that goes out in the email the Buyer gets when you ship / mark as completed - on the Orders page - click on the mail truck icon - even if it's and old order.  You'll see a box on the right "Note to Buyer" that you can clear or edit.  After you edit, you can save, which should save for future orders, or 'save as snippet' if you like to have options to easily change.

Thank you @PillowDetails but the Info & Appearance - Message to Buyer note is different from the one right on the complete order page. For us, the mail truck logo takes us to a 'sign up for Etsy labels' page. The message box we are referring to is the one right on the complete order page 'Note to Buyer (optional)' <+ Add Note>

@BagmakerSupply  For me, that's the same note that shows with my label (mail truck) page.

So when you mark as completed, you see the same spot to edit or clear default.

It's the same as a shipping notification if you use Etsy labels.  You either use one or the other.
