why do i have a 4.5 score only ? When do i get to 5 ?

Your total number of reviews is 34, but only reviews received in the assessment period are counted for Star Seller.

That means for the January Badge, they counted any reviews received in Oct, Nov and Dec.  You only had 3 reviews in that period and one was a four star.

Stars for your shop are calculated on reviews for the last 12 months only. You have 13 reviews for the last 12 months and three of them are 4 stars.

but for star seller badge--which I think is what the OP refers to they only count the past 3 months--not the total 12 months.

@ThePurplePuppy the OP mentions having a 4.5 star rating, which is why I thought they were talking about the shop stars and not the SSP.

@MarzipanDesserts  I just looked at your shop and you have 5 whole stars for the shop but only one SSP badge ... now I'm not sure what you're asking.
