Payment Account Zeroing out, no updates

Hi guys, I am a newer seller starting at the beginning of November 2022. I have 120 sales, on my way to star seller with only 5 star reviews, 100% on time shipping and response rate. A few days ago I was able to deposit money from my payment account (which I hadn't yet) but as the weekend went on it slowly zeroed out with no money available? I also had 14 new sales of the weekend and it never was added to my payment reserve. This is extremely concerning as I have about 7 orders that shipped with valid tracking through Etsy shipping yet some of those never even moved to reserve from "account balance". I contacted Etsy support and I was just wondering if any of you have dealt with this or maybe how long it took to get resolved. Thank you so much in advance );

I'm not sure I'm understanding you. Did you schedule a deposit and before the deposit went through your available funds disappeared? 

In your payment account, do you see a deposit notation from Etsy? If you do, check with your bank. And remember, depending on the institution, it can take several business days for a deposit to show in your account.

Also, check your fees, and, if applicable, your advertising. Etsy takes their cut first and you then have access to what's left. 

If none of these are the issue, then you need to wait for Etsy to respond. From all I have read, do not open another ticket, but do watch for an email from Etsy and respond to that.

I have kept the same ticket going thank you, that was helpful because I was about to start a new inquiry because these responses from Etsy are slow. I will update when this is resolved just in case other sellers see my original post later on!

Payments usually deposit on a Monday and usually when the balance goes to zero it means they are on the way.  It can take a few days to actually arrive in your bank account depending on your bank's processing times and particularly first payments can take up to 5 days. 

Go to  Shop Manager - Finances - Payment account to see if the money has been deposited.

I know, I have already made about 6,000 so I've seen how it works and this time nothing has been deposited, no email saying funds are on its way and no evidence of there ever being a deposit. The main concern is that I have $1150 in my "current balance" that have never even moved to reserve.. even when some of those orders I have shipped already with valid etsy shipping labels/tracking. Extremely frustrating, but thank you for the response.

Fees from those sales were taken from your available to deposit. 

Etsy gets paid first.
