I’ve been denied star seller because of shipping. However my shipping has gone out in time with tracking numbers attached. How can this be rectified? I’m working hard to reach this status.

Im in the same situation, I dont know why they think my shipping has been late. It's been perfect. Can we contact anyone in charge here?

@Wandergarden: Have you looked at the applicable CSV file to see which orders Etsy thinks have something "wrong" with them? In particular see if *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
I have but when i go back and check the orders the tracking info is there
