I started a sale for December and it show active but discounts weren't showing up. So I ended it and started a new one and still discounts aren't showing up. I set up the sale by sections. Any suggestions?

I finally tried 4th time and put entire shop on sale with a minimum order and it took that time. It just didn't work when I did the sections.
