Star seller - Message response badge

Hello there,

I’ve failed to get my message response badge because apparently I didn’t respond to a message within 24hrs -but looking at the info, I don’t seem to have received a message from anyone by that name on that date?? I’m just a bit perplexed about it because I do try to respond as quickly as I can, and wonder if someone could take a look and explain.

I'm sure someone from Etsy sent you here, but we are just fellow sellers and we can't see any of your records.  Go back and look thru your messages.

Did you, by any chance, process a Refund through a "Help Reqiest" Message? If so, the Refund Message does not attach to the "Help Request" and you need to reply to the "Help Request" as well.

@LovespangleDesigns: If you use the message link that is in the CSV file you can see the actual message.

@BagmakerSupply Ah Ha! Thanks. I did not really look at Column A of the CSV closely before. Copying this Link into Google brings up the Shop and Message. Another thing to store away for future reference

I think it was probably a refund. Also I didn’t realise that messages you reply to as a buyer also count towards your ‘Star Seller’ status!
