Star seller status not updating on storefront

Hi I have been achieving over 95% success on all three badges for over 4 months now, however my profile has not updated with a star seller badge, I believe there must be a technical issue and would appreciate it if this could be investigated and hopefully resolved.

Looks like you don't have the shipping badge.  Check your stats.

You are missing the shipping badge. Go to the star seller page and click on the previous review period. You can download your shipping history to see what orders are not qualifying.
