Star seller not updated

I shipped 3 orders on the last day of the month and normally they would be counted towards that months start seller but for some reason they only show in the new month. This caused me to not get star seller last month. Is there anything that can be done to correct this?

Calculations for SS commence prior to the end of the month, so orders shipped on the last day of the month are usually carried over to the following month for SS.  This way sellers are not penalised for the usual lag in tracking updates.

@TyraGCrafts  Did you also have $300 in total orders (for 3 months) before shipping and taxes?

We've double-checked the orders you've shipped last March 31, 2023, and it appears that the ship-by date falls on April 2023 UTC. Please remember that we determine what orders are included in the On-time shipping calculation by the order’s Ship By Date in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
