Can not manage advertised listings

Can not manage advertised listings. Can not find where to do this anymore. There was a button previously. "Manage advertised listings" is present, but it is unclickable.

I'm using browsers. Tried on both Safari and Chrome.

I had this same issue! I could see where to manage my listings but was unable to click on it. I reached out to Etsy via chat and they fixed it on their end in just a few moments.

I cannot use the featured listings.  Since I am not that interested I have not pursued using it.

To add check the box for featured listings and then hit Manage.  As I said above, I can see the featured listing list but it does not work for me.
