Star seller not given due to wrong calculation

Dear team,

My last order that was taken for calculation was dispatched on 31st january, while the dispatch date was 2nd February. However, it shows that it wasn't dispatched on time, while it actually was. How to fix this? I was monitoring all the fields very closely to make sure I earn Star seller badge. This a bug that Etsy has. It is very disappointing

Items sent on the last day of the month may not be included in that month's calculation, it can take a day for the tracking to show on Etsy's system.  Likewise, messages sent by buyers on the last day of the month are not counted because the 24 hr window for the seller to respond is not yet passed.  These items will be counted the following month.
