Star seller data set showing incorrect data

Hi,

URGENT please resolve before Nov star seller dashboard is updated

I had one order 3058205227 that was open on the 31st October and scheduled to dispatch on that day.  It didn't ship as the personalisation wasn't quite finished so I moved it to ship at the end of the week (3rd Nov).  It's showing incorrectly in the star seller data as late and missing tracking but this is not the case, it is not late and tracking can only be assigned once the order is dispatched.    

Also, order 3055974713 was cancelled, but is still being counted as an eligible order in the data set in the denominator.

These 2 issues are affecting the calculation, and causing us to be at 94% instead of 95% for on-time dispatch.  If these two reporting issues can be corrected we will make star seller.  Can this please be resolved urgently so we don't lose star seller for November.   We have had it every month since inception.

@MonBijouxUK: Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

 

"so I moved it to ship at the end of the week" Did you change the scheduled ship by date before the day it was scheduled to ship by?

 

Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.

You OP at 10.10AM UTC Nov 1st, the data has already been calculated.

The one due to dispatch Oct 31st, won't count for this badge, but will for the next badge.

For the order that was cancelled, check it's actually cancelled and not just refunded. A fully refunded order is not the same as actually cancelling it.

The last day of the month does not count for the next month.  It counts for the following month. Etsy stops the clock due to being on UTC time for the star seller program. 

Even still did you change the shipping date of the sale prior to the day of shipping?  Once the shipping date is there, the shipping date cannot be changed.  

Did you cancel and refund for the other order.  It sounds like it is incomplete.  Did you refund as well as cancel or refund only and did not cancel.  It can be a two step process.

Also Etsy has said they will not change the parameters on the star seller.  You can try and contact them as they have made allowances in the past.

If you think they will answer here, they won't.  You need to contact them.
