I received a message from one of my customers, that had placed an order by mistake and had re-ordered the correct item, requested refund on misplaced order, I responded within one hour the same day message received and refunded the item, I however neglected to send a note to customer that item had been refunded, etsy just flagged me for not responding within 24 hours. customer even gave a great review on both items, doe's etsy not consider refunding a customer within 24hrs as contact?

Cancellation requests in a new thread must be replied to in the actual message - replies using the cancellation form do not count as a response.
