You may have been hacked.
Did you click on the link in your email to change your password, or go directly to that shop in Etsy to change your password? If you clicked on a link in your email that was fraudulent, hackers may now have access to your account.
If you have more than one shop and did not declare each shop in the other (as per Etsy's Terms of Use), or were selling items that break Etsy's Terms of Use, or were selling identical items in both shops (also not allowed), your shop may have been suspended.
It is best to become familiar with how a website works before opening multiple accounts.
This Dogpoo account seems to have been suspended by Etsy for some reason - it may be that you haven't uploaded the proper identification of tax documents yet.
It is best to contact Etsy directly through your Shop Dashboard to find out exactly what has happened before proceeding. DO NOT open any more shops until you find out what happened.
