Star Seller data incorrect

I met every requirement for Star Seller this month but due to an engineering problem I was not awarded Star Seller status.  My reports show perfect scores across the board and have for the last several months. I started a ticket but it has not been resolved.  The issue appears to be shipping labels - despite shipping every order on time and with tracking every single time, the system does not recognize the shipping labels right away. It takes a day or so to be recognized as a valid shipping label with tracking.  Anyone else having this issue?

You have the badges for the two you meet so the shipping labels are the problem.

Are you using Etsy labels?  Pirateship integrated with Etsy?  Are you adding the tracking number if not using Etsy/Pirateship label?

When you take to the post office are you simply dropping off or asking for a receipt?  Even using the kiosk?  I use the kiosk so my items get first scan and then within a few hours they are within transit.

Are you shipping within your processing time frame?  You have a 2 day.  Shipping needs to be accomplished within those two days that will get the item into transit and the date on the mailing label should be the day it is shipped. 

Have you asked your post office about scanning.  All items should be scanned by the end of the day.  If your post office is delaying that might be part of the problem as you are then outside your processing time frame.

I realize that shipping is the metric that is erroneously "falling short".  I use Pirate Ship exclusively and manually enter the label and parcel tracking information upon shipment.  Every single order has been shipped on time with tracking - it is some kind of glitch with USPS/Etsy.  It's very annoying.

I'm tracking 7 orders that I shipped on Saturday to see how/when they show up on the CSV. I bought Etsy labels for 3 of them, and the other 4 have PS labels. According to Etsy's tracking status, one is in transit, 2 out for delivery today, and 4 already delivered.

None of them have shown up on the CSV yet, and it has been 3 days since they were shipped.

Delayed scanning, not using Etsy labels, etc. are not causing the problem.
Nor is it because of a timezone or end-of-month problem. These were all shipped on Dec 3rd with Dec 7 ship-by dates.

In addition to all of the other issues, we are completely at the mercy of if, when and how often AfterShip checks the tracking number and updates Etsy.
