NO access to acct, acct hacked, cash stolen ETSY solved and then CLOSED my Acct SHE PAINTS SEA GLASS

Sorry I didn't mean to break forum rules in my previous post. But closing the thread with no escalation when this is clearly an absolute nightmare of a situation ... well that's not really all that helpful.  I'm at my wits end.

Etsy WHY have you now shut my shop She Paints Seaglass - I now have customers contacting me via Facebook and email worried about order status and can't make orders because you have shut my shop.

I have other threads detailing all the issues I have had in the last 7 days under my alternate accounts UKseaglassstore (account now closed as admin changed bank details here even though it was not requested.) and my last active alternate Beadyeyecraftsupply).  Finally 5 hours ago I was contacted by admin after my forum post was escalated.  The admin returned my hacked stolen funds (thank you ) and sent a bank reset. I was told I can use my account as normal. I was happy and so relieved.

But now two hours later, I get multiple messages from Etsy support to my email with the most random actions being performed on my accounts that I cannot repeat here.  .

I followed all the instructions from Etsy admin on my shepaintsseaglass store after admin unlinked the hackers bank account I added my bank account.  It tells me the codes are sent to my bank for verification and I think great I'm back in business all is well.  I'm working on my customers orders.  Sales are coming in and then ...

YOU SHUT MY SHOP, no warning, no message, no reason.  I have done NOTHING for this shop to be Closed or suspended.  The incompetence and confusion at Etsy support is unbelievable.

I don't know who is causing me the most aggravation - the thieving hacker or ETSY support.  Have I been hacked again? I'm now working on orders from memory as I can't even access my photos.  

For about the 100th time this week I need some help from a competent, senior admin at ETSY.  I know there's at least one of you but I can't mention any names!

Please can someone escalate this.  I need my shop opened!  I'm scared its been permanently deleted or hacked again.  Can someone at Etsy please help?

Hello Ruth, I'm very sorry for the issues you have experienced, and can completely sympathise with your worry. My colleagues Hizzel and Matthew have also shared the contents of your previous posts with an account specialist, and it has been escalated as a priority. Please look out for a response to your open tickets on this issue asap.

I can confirm that your second account ShePaintsSeaglass has not been closed, though you may be currently unable to access the shop. This will be put right as soon as possible.

When we close threads on foot of reports like this, it is for two reasons. One, because the issue can only be fully resolved privately and two, to prevent the thread being derailed by unrelated concerns. The previous threads you posted were flooded with disparaging, insulting and threatening content, through no fault of your own.

With this said, I'll close this thread and will ask you to keep an eye on the open tickets you submitted for follow up. Thank you to those who offered support and advice.

Oh my.   I read your previous post and how horrific.   :   (    I'm hoping this was a simple mistake of keystroke - not further hacking and you're restored quickly.

@BeadyEyeCraftSupply Firstly, although it does not see like it at present, I am sure all will be OK. That is no consolation, I know, but the best thing to do is keep calm and raise the appropriate Support requests to have the issue resolved

Quite a few Community Specialists / Admin were tagged in your last post, so I am sure the right people havve become aware of your issue.

IMO, your last Thread was not shut down due to anything you said but because others were (inappropriately) using your issue as a "soapbox" for their own grievances. Best to fight one's own battles and leave others to fight theirs'

BTW There is probably a bit of confusion going on here. From speaking to Etsy Support previously I understand that the way they look at our Accounts is totally different to how we see our own Shops. I once had a "Chat" generated from one Shop and the responses by the Support Rep were unrelated to my issue and what I was telling them. After a while I realized the Rep was actually discussing another of my Shops, even though I had never mentioned it or given him the details. Also, I once had an email reply to a Support Ticket forwarded to Shop A's email when the request was generated from and concerning Shop B. I hope your issue is just as simple to explain.

I know this may seem a silly suggestion and please disregard it you consider it trival but, could it be possible that you closed the Shop by mistake? You do say you closed the other (3rd) Shop which had the Banking Details incorrectly removed, but is it possible you closed this one by mistake?

If this is of any assistance "Chat"(1 Minute)  and "Have us call you" (8 minutes) are active from this page at the moment. But do make sure you are actually "logged into" the Help Center (Top Right near Avatar on the "Blue Bar) otherwise you will onle get the "Email" option
