Star Seller calculations are not accurate

Star Seller says orders do not have tracking listed but all we're completed on-time w/tracking details.

Many people have the same issue with the Star seller static

As stated above, many sellers have this issue which is unfortunate. You can try reaching out to Etsy but I've heard not much can be done regarding the calculations.
