Star Seller badge not granted, bug in the tracking ?

I've not been granted the Star seller badge for september, because it says I have a 89% delivery efficiency. But all my orders were sent on time with a tracking number. When I review all my orders, they all have the tracking number, and they were all delivered. When I download the CSV file, all the orders have a "yes" on the "shipping on time" column. 

Does anyone have a clue about what happens ? Or is it a possible bug ?

are you looking at the correct CSV? the current one is what you are working towards for October

you have to click on "last review period" and download that csv

Thank you very much, you were right I was not looking at the correct csv. But even with the correct one, I only have "yes" in the "on time shipping" column. So there must definitely be a bug somewhere... I'll wait for a day or 2 and check again if my status is changing.

@GenieOfTheAttic: When you look at the file make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.

Yes I do have all this, everything is "yes", and all the shipping dates are equal to the limit dates... I really don't get it, I think there are a few other people in the same situation as I can see in the forum...
