Several of my orders are showing to be delivered on USPS website but showing only in Pre-Transit on Etsy. Because of this my star seller status is taken away. I ship 90% of my items next day with the other 10% in two days, which is well ahead of my allotted time for shipping. Will this be corrected and my status restored? I take pride in assuring my customers that they will get their items within a reasonable time frame.
Contact Etsy support and they can fix it for you. They fixed mine.
They didn't fix mine, or a bunch of others. We've been passed on to the "technical team." You're one of the lucky ones. Are your new orders also correct?
They fixed mine a few days ago then despite contacting them every day my stats have fallen from 100% to 89%........
Your star has not been taken away. The badges are given monthly, so the next period doesn't start until April 1st.
There are a lot of posts about this, including an announcement from Etsy that they're trying to fix it. Hopefully they'll have it fixed by the end of the month, because many of us have falsely fallen below 95% due to this error.
Three of mine are now correct out of the last 2+ weeks of orders. I hope they realize there's only 3 weeks left in March, ugh!

On Monday an Announcement was pinned to the start of the Technical Forum acknowledging the problem.
An update posted yesterday that it's being worked on. It's possible their fix for packages shipped yesterday might work....or maybe it won't.

@QuirkyAntiquesStore - Not to make light of the situation but if it had worked, we'd all be quoting the infamous tv GI's line "surprise, surprise, surprise".
Their fix didn't work, still having the same problem this morning with tracking numbers being shown as used....
