Pictures will not load

I can't see (most of) the pics in my "Pictures" on my NEW apple laptop to choose them to list. Sometimes, ONLY the label pictures show up.  I know they're there because I see them when I view them outside of Etsy.  Only a few show up, though, when I try to retrieve them for my postings.  What's up with this?

@SlipSisters  :  Are you having this problem when you look at your listing, or do you mean you cannot see the pictures in your file manager?

I cannot see the pictures in my Library when I am trying to load them.

@SlipSisters I have also had only some of my photos show as available to upload to a listing I am creating.  I have had to drag pictures that I want from Photos to my desktop and then drag them into the listing photo slots.

Interesting that Etsy doesn't respond to this.

@SlipSisters: If I understand you correctly, it sounds like the issue is with the way the Apple operating system is handling your Library folder, not something wrong with Etsy.

Easiest way on an Apple computer: click on your photos file...highlight listing pix from your library then click on [File]...highlight the word[Export]...then click Enter 4 times.
You'll find pix in your [Recents] file when clicking on photo listing boxes.
