Star Seller Badge Question

So... I had a couple late orders in February and lost the star seller badge.  It has been 3 months, they finally fell of my review period and I've been on time with everything else since then.  Today I go look and I have a "perfect score" for all three... Messages, Reviews, and Shipping and I didn't get the Star Seller badge back for May.  It says I only received the badges for Speedy Replies and Rave Reviews.  

I don't understand why I didn't get the badge when my Shipping is now at 100% 

Any suggestions?

The score you're seeing today is likely for the next period (June's badge.)
What are your scores for this month's badge? You'll have to go to the previous period tab to see them.

Because you are looking at the stats for the current review period which is for June’s badge. Look at the previous review period for the May badge.

February still counts for the current period.  February, March, April.  It shows 100% now because February has fallen off the time period for June badges, which will be March, April, May.
