I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but the sync continues to fail. Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I'd like to be able to sell in person, but only taking cash and not cards is a PITA!
Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess). We just synced from our listings page (via browser) and had no issues.
I've tried from two browsers and the mobile app. Inventory and sku numbers don't come over no matter what I do.
