This is so insane. I also could not sign in, no matter which way I tried. Now I'm in and I don't know how I did it. I'm afraid of shutting down my computer, I'm afraid I can't get back in for tomorrow's order. This is so frustrating and nerve racking to say the least.
If they're working on the site, that means they've been working on it for 4+ weeks. Hitting refresh after logging in and getting the red bar of doom became second nature. Now that that doesn't work anymore, I'm going with scared po'd.
I couldn't log in either, on my computer or my cell phone. Just now I was able to finally log in. My other store I didn't log out and I was fine. I'm afraid to log out or turn off my computer, I have lots of orders to go out tomorrow!!
If this has been happening to buyers as well and over the last month, it could be a big reason why so many sellers have suddenly had a drastic drop in sales this month.
I just took the chance and logged out and it did let me sign back in on the first try. Trying to be hopeful that it will last. ETA Still cannot sign in to my other shop at this time. So NOT fixed.
I have had a time trying to log into either one or the other of my shops the past Couple of Weeks, But last night was the cake......{With Icing}...
After trying Multiple Browsers And 2 Different computers I was finally able to log into my other shop. Once I was successful on getting Into my shop I took care of what needed to be done and then As Always I Logged Out.
Well imagine my Surprise, when this morning I clicked on my Etsy icon To try and Log in and There was my shop! All logged in! Apparently there Is Some kind of Glitch with the Log in, and I Do Hope it gets fixed ASAP........
I have tried Different Browsers, Different Computer Systems,Patience and now will try a Large Piece of Dark Chocolate............But I Only have enough Dark Chocolate for Today so..............................
I am in like Flynn this morning. Last hight was not my first issue..it had been happening off and on for a couple days but usually the second try got me in. Last night was the first time nothing worked though (except the forums) I quick printed off all my orders in our shops in case it happens again
Me too! Both my shops worked on the first try today. Maybe Etsy finally got a knowledgable tech in to get this fixed. Here's hoping it sticks for good.
