Oh no! Already? On another note Etsy just implemented a new message system which has brought up my last 8 messages that I am already done with. A big orange 8 now at the top of the page. I haven’t done any read up on it yet. Still tired from last nights antics.
Etsy was down last night for a lot of people- just google "is etsy down" and you can see a map and click on that to find your location. I think for me it was down over 2 hours- trying to print labels so I was kicked out and not able to access the site at all. No warning from etsy about any site maintenance.
YES, and it would not let me in, tried to change password, but said there was an error, try again later. Requested a link, now in the account, scared to sign out.
I am a seller for a year and this is my first time I am facing with 'sign in' problem. My account got locked because of suspicious log in as Etsy Trust and Safe member. She asked me questions like 5 days ago and I answered them all immediately through email as she said. After 3 days I sent the same email as a reminder. Today is the 5th day and I sent the same email one more as a reminder. I have lots of orders waiting, many requests and messages. What should I do? Is there a way? Etsy Trust Team member does not reply back and assist to my problem. Please assist me. Thank you
