Hello,
About a 6 days ago Etsy paused my shop due to overdue orders. Etsy sent me a this mail -
[REMOVED]
Etsy told me I need to dispatch all orders or refund them which I have now done and have no overdue orders but my shop is still paused. I’ve contacted Etsy but not response. Does anyone know how long it takes for a shop to be unpaused and how best to go about getting it done?
thanks
John

Nothing is immediate or fast in Etsyworld! Just wait for reply to your email instead of sending more which just puts you back to the bottom of the queue again. If Etsy replies and the issue is still not resolved then reply to the email they sent you or they will think the issue is resolved.
I hope you won't be waiting long.
Only going by what others have shared here, usually over a week.
Good luck!
Friend of mine has been in forced vacation mode for 5 days now over something Etsy previously told them was already fixed. Phone Support told them on Saturday that there was no issue, but they would have to wait for the team that can reopen shops to get to it.
So, assume it will take at least 5 days after you shipped everything and tracking picks up. Likely longer, though.
The problem may be that while your shop is on vacation, Etsy is reviewing your shop and your references to Lord of the Rings, Witcher, etc. may stop them from reopening your shop or if they do then those listings will be deleted. I would make sure you read up on IP infringement and copyright and fix your listings accordingly before you get shut down permanently.
@NewShopUSA you shop is open again now. Just curious, why does it say you are the 'curator' - what does that mean?
"curating" is mentioned in the House Rules here ....
Examples of prohibited reselling include the following:
Your shop is open. It usually takes a few hours up to 24. Your shop is now visible in search,
What does curator mean? If you have others making these items they need to be added as shop members or production partner with you as designer.
I just did a google image search of one of their items. There's another Etsy shop selling the exact same item with all the same photos. The other shop added their logo to the images (like the OP did with his). The other shop might have stolen his images but we won't know if he doesn't come back to explain.
Edited to add: An Amazon seller is using his images too. He has some work to do.
