Shop placed in Holiday mode by Etsy

My shop has been placed in Holiday mode for document verification. I have submitted all the documents 3 weeks back and it is still pending review. Any idea when my shop will be reopened again.

Have you sent an email to Etsy?  Write to them and ask about it. 

Are you allowed to call your shop BTS? I would have thought that name is protected.

@BTSArmyWorld - The forums are peer to peer only. Etsy does not monitor or respond to posts made in the forums. If you have sent all your information, and have not received any requests for additional information, you will have to be patient. 

In the meantime, if you can edit your shop while in this "vacation mode" do read the following:

The last link may be pertinent to your "Mystery Boxes". These are usually frowned upon by Etsy since buyers have expectations. Even though it's a mystery box, if they do not receive what they expect to get, they can open "not as described" cases.

I'm not sure if this means anything but you are not allowed to sell Mystery Boxes on Etsy. Also, have you been authorized by the management of BTS  to use their name in your listings? This might be the documentation they are waiting for.

Probably the problem is your name and what you are selling.  Both are a problem with infringement.

Apparently this shop has all the necessary permissions/permits from BTS - Etsy reopened their shop.
