It has been more than a week since my shop has been put in vacation mode. I uploaded info that was required, still its not opened. I have no way of reaching out Etsy. Sent some emails, no response. There is apparently never been problem with bills, documents, customers etc., other than a few negative reviews. It is extremely upsetting being able to not reach Etsy Help.
I have two shops. My other shop accepted same documents that were uploaded. This one has verification pending for weeks. Last week the shop was put in vacation mode.
Request a call back if nothing else is working.
How do I do that!

I checked my other shop dashboard including this one. Sorry I don't see it. I remember seeing it in past, but not anymore.
Have you clicked around the help section to find instances of "I still need help?" Some of them may have chat or callback options. Try at different times of the day/week if you don't see anything now. Also try from both shops -- I've noticed that my options are different when I check from different shops.
I believe star sellers get the chat box shown on their dashboard, but all sellers are supposed to have access to chat, just not necessarily through that shortcut.
I have paid $$ in fee and other stuff to Etsy since it opened in 2008. First time Etsy thinks there is a problem which is resolved on my end, and I have no way of contacting them from a proper plate fame. How pathetic it is!
