I know a lot of people have been dealing with this but I'm at my wit's end and don't know what to do. I have been forced into vacation mode for 8 days now after updating my business information and being told it wasn't correct. I submitted supporting documentation and it has been pending review for 8 days. I have tried repeatedly to reach ETSY via email, which seems to be the only option, and can't get an actual person. I keep receiving canned responses and I'm just in tears over here. This is my main source of income at this time of year and I've lost over a weeks pay already with no way out. PLEASE someone tell me how to get someone at ETSY to help! All my information is correct and legitimate. Day after day it just says pending review. I just need to find a way out of this. I have read other threads but my documents are all uploaded but I'm being ignored by ETSY.
Sorry you're dealing with this.
Does your name match exactly on everything on Etsy? From the credit card, bank account, your name on Etsy?
8 days IMO is unacceptable for etsy to review documents so they can take a shop off of forced vacay.
It's awful that Etsy takes forever to help sellers and really NO way to get in touch except through the help pages that can takes weeks, even months to get an answer.
You can try this call back link that shows up on some of the help page topics. But this call center is outsourced and they probably can't help but will "send" you to a "specialist" that might not help either.

Thank you! I will try that now! All my documents etc should match fine, my company only has one name! The only thing I can think is that the government agencies often drop 'the' from the business name but the full registered name includes 'the' at the beginning. I have tried again and again to seek attention and you just can't reach anyone.
You're welcome.
Hope the call back link works and you get some answers.
Thank you for the link and they called quickly.
Unfortunately, They were absolutely no help, they basically read me the canned response I was sent by ETSY via email with no helpful information. I need to email trust and security, which I have done at least THREE TIMES already with zero response. They would not transfer me to trust and security or to anyone else to discuss the issue.
The banner below my submitted form says the review would happen in 2-5 days..... it's been 8 days and no end in sight.
@TheKraftyEquestrian If you are a sole proprietor without employees then IRS considers you a disregarded entity. Etsy has information in their HElp area about what to do in this case.
I called back a second time and reached a much more helpful person who was able to look and see that my email responses were not being received by the trust and safety team. I was able to screen shot proof of email and (fingers crossed) get the ball rolling again! I don't know how else I would have ever found out the issue without being able to speak to someone so THANK YOU so much for your response!
@TheKraftyEquestrian Glad you finally got someone that hopefully will help. Even though it took TWO tries!
Hopefully they'll get the ball rolling and your shop will be back open.
Very nice items from what I could see on the reviews.
