I’m reaching out here because my shop is in vacation mode for several weeks now and I don’t know what to do to resolve this.
I've been an Etsy seller over 10 years without any issues but now my shop is in vacation mode for quite some time due to verification issues. After my ID got verified my shop was open for one day and then it went on holiday mode again. When uploading my government issued ID I also changed my account from individual to business so I think it has something to do with verification my business info but I'm not sure. This message is in my shop dashboard :
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
I haven’t upload any new documents and there is also no option or request to upload a document. I tried reaching out to Etsy Support multiple times without response so far.
I am really worried about this and my customers get impatient because they want to order and want to know when my shop will be open again. Does anyone know how long this will take or how to reach Etsy support and get a response or help?
Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
