Shop Section

I already reported the issue on early of this month. Today, I tried to add new section. But still can not add it and always a pop up message says try again. Its kind of frustrating and annoying. Am I the only one experiencing this? Any solution that i can do from my side?

Are you creating the new section in the listing?  That's where I normally create a new one.  I've not had any problems.

Yes, i was creating new section on my listing.

I am unable to edit the section that says New Section! It tells me to contact support.

Do you already have 20 sections?  That was my problem - I didn't realize there was a limit until that point.

I have 20 sections already. Maybe that’s the problem. I didn’t realize that either. Do you know how to delete sections, so i can create new one?

You can rename a section. I just did that yesterday. In the listing manager, go to shop sections and hit MANAGE

do you even need that many sections? Most of them only have one listing in each... a buyer would get tired going in and out of each section... unless you are adding more listings to make them worthwhile. Otherwise I would put all the paper flowers into one section.

and then finish your shop... shop policies, shop announcement, profile.

It's always good tor read the rules before saying something is "frustrating and annoying".

This is from Etsy: 

Shop section basics:

• You can have up to 20 custom sections, as well as the default All items section that is in every shop. 
• A section name can be up to 24 characters. 
• Sections that don’t have any item listings won’t appear on your public shop page. 
• You can only add a listing to one section.

I switched to my computer vs. iPad and was able to edit listing.

I used my both iPad and laptop.  I have installed etsy seller apps yesterday. Today i was able to delete and edit my shop section.
