Shipsurance Claims .... where?

Jump to solution

Instructions on the Etsy Help system says:

=================================================================================================

Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Shop Manager.

  1. Go to Orders & Shipping.
  2. Select the order with the shipping label you insured.
  3. Select the (ellipsis) icon to the right.
  4. Select File Insurance Claim.
  5. You’ll be directed to the Shipsurance website to fill out the remainder of your claim form.

The rest of the process is handled entirely by Shipsurance

====================================================================================================

I've tried with Firefox, Chrome and Edge, and there is no such option when I click on the ellipsis.  I *had* purchased additional insurance on it. What now?  Any helpful advice on how to find the "File Insurance Claim" link will be much appreciated.
