At the moment none of the payment methods accepted by this store are available.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a major issue with my Etsy shop. Etsy Payments is fully activated in my settings, but when customers try to check out, they receive the message:

"At the moment, none of the payment methods accepted by this shop are available."

I’ve already checked the following:
Etsy Payments is enabled in my shop settings.
My bank details are correct and verified.
There are no open cases or policy violations on my account.
I’ve tested purchases myself and asked others to try – we all get the same error.
I contacted Etsy Support, but they are not responding anymore.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do to fix it? My shop is losing sales because of this, and I can’t get any clear answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

"I’ve tested purchases myself ..." You cannot purchase from yourself.

Hey I tried to buy something with a other account.

When I go to checkout it says all payment is temporarily unavailable, it seems Etsy Payments has not not been activated.

Go to Shop Manager - Payment Settings to see if there is a banner or any info there that needs to be submitted. 

If you already have had a response from Etsy then you must reply to the email saying you need more help.  If you don't reply then the case gets closed.  

I hope it gets sorted soon.

Hey thanks for your answer The Payment Settings looks totally fine with all the payment symbols and nothing have to be submitted. Yes i responded to the support but they dont answer me anymore since 3 days.

You don't have any payment icons showing on your home page.

Plus there's no payment options on the cart page that they are temporarily unavailable.

Reply back to that support message that YOU STILL NEED HELP. 
Don't start a new message, keep replying the same message every day you still need help until Etsy finally does reply.
