I have an order that shipped and was delivered on time but Etsy still shows it in pre-transit. It was delivered per the tracking number on the order. Don’t understand why that’s counting against me for star seller and why it isn’t updated on Etsy.

Did you make sure the correct shipper was chosen? Did you make sure there are no errors in the tracking number? If copy and pasted, this includes making sure there is not an extra space on either end. Are you using a shipper that Etsy integrates with in Aftership?

Ya everythingis correct. It just won’t update on etsys end. I’ve been having to get ahold of them for multiple orders

Why is no one responding to the rest of us? I have over 70, My star seller shipping has gone to 87%. It's not getting fixed.

I am still having this issue on the 15th. I contacted support with a list of sales, and those were fixed. Since then, every item is still showing pre-transit.

@MapleRidgeGoods your at least hot them to correct your list. They took my list via chat and assure they would be fixed. The list is growing and no fix yet

Same here. I have to wait for them to be delivered and get confirmation from customer that they received it before Etsy will mark it as delivered.

I hope somebody sees this and can help me, I need to contact Etsy. Etsy claims 5 orders missing tracking info. My orders are still in a pre-transit mode on Etsy yet when I check my orders, they are delivered. My star seller is tanking even though I ship the same or next day. I went through all my orders and not one is missing tracking.

Do the chat with Etsy. I had to contact each customer and see if they received the order. When they say yes, take a screen shot so you can upload it onto the chat with Etsy so they can’t change the status. I’ve been having to do this for 2 weeks now with every order
