Seriously, Etsy needs to either pick a thread & pin it to the top of the Shipping &/or Technical Forum so that these threads don't keep multiplying like rabbits - or - they can start & pin one of their own thread in each of those forums.
It seems their older "fix" hasn't worked. Thankfully not all shops are having their Star data affected.
Some shops have had reserves placed on their shop's payment account. In the case of the OP, while they have accepted Etsy's decision to start them off on a payment reserve since they're a new shop, it appears that due to Etsy's inability to fix an issue they are not receiving funds that would have been previously released since package tracking was working.
@TheNomadicNeedler - You can try and contact Etsy - if you're lucky you may get to Chat. Then even luckier if you get a Chat person who is willing to update your delivered orders. (Apparently they can't do orders still in transit)
Have the info on the delivered orders handy.
Then treat any payment reserves as a separate issue if you contact Etsy on the funds not being released. Yes, it's all because of the same "glitch" but it's said each issue is handled by different departments.
