Im a Star Seller and No tracking # on order 2.5.23

Good afternoon,

A am Sandy Yanes from SandysSoapsinFlorida.

I have had the star seller badge since first of Jan. I am doing good except with the shipping. 91% but I did ship out an order Sunday. 2 days earlier. I may kick me up a tad.

My question is the order on 2.5.23 was hand delivered but bought on Etsy. I marked No Tracking number available.

HOW should I have handled this transaction?? Please help me..I don't want to loose my badge.

Star seller requires tracking on all orders.

No, Star Status requires 95% of all orders be tracked. If the one hand delivered order is less than 5% of all your orders in the last 3 months, you will stay above 95%.

@SandysSoapsinFlorida   Some Sellers have handled local pickup by sending an Invoice to the Buyer via letter mail with Tracking.  They plug that Tracking number in.
