When purchasing Etsy shipping labels, I nice a lot of the addresses are not showing verified (or unverified for that matter). Is anyone else seeing this?
I'm seeing that, and here's what I just noticed TODAY - If i go to 'edit' the address and just click 'save' right after that, the address shows up verified. I'm sure it's something on Etsy's end. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
For the last two weeks, 2 out of every ten orders say "invalid", when I cut and paste and place address in google, it looks ligit, so as long it doesn't look like a remote address I ship and buy insurance, just in case. Also when you do contact buyer, some never see the message, even though we have messaged them three times a week. So trying to contact buyer is hit and miss. There is something happening to these shipping address since AI took over. Its frustrating to say the least.
100% feel your frustration as I was doing the same - looking up the order on google and messaging buyers. Frustration level has subsided a bit after I found out you could hit "edit" on the address and then save it without changing anything and this would seem to kick in the editor which would then verify the addresses as it used to do when the address was actually valid.
