Shipping information including weight, dimension, and service selected by buyer shows on the order screen, but after clicking "Get Shipping Labels" no information populates regarding weight, dimension or service selected.
Just ignore the "Update Requested" message, and carry on.
Another Etsy BUG that needs to be squashed!
Having the same issue. Did a chat and they told me to use a new browser.. . Yeah not the issue. So I told them people in the forum were having the same issues and suddenly "engineers are aware and working on the solution. We have no timeline for a fix" blah blah blah, AKA it's the weekend and nobody works so maybe we'll fix it on Monday.
They told me the same thing! Even told me to clear my cache which did nothing
Same here. when I add the info it selects Priority but customer selected parcel post. very annoying.
This is a known glitch on Etsy Labels. Try Pirateship, you will be glad you did. This doesn't happen there, and you can reach real support in under a minute.
Yes, calculated shipping information is not pulling over to my orders screen either. Pounds, Ounces, Length, Width, Height, and delivery service are all blank on the "get shipping labels" screen even though all that info is entered on the listing. Will be using Pirate Ship until it's fixed.
Once I enter the information the postage and package type comes up correctly. Maybe Etsy is doing it purposely in order to get the correct weight and dimensions entered.
This issue has been going on intermittently for me since January. I ship daily, so having it go on 48+ hours is troubling. I suspect they don't deem the issue big enough for them to worry about until Monday.
This issue has started today and with over 100 orders pending this is not feasible
I also have this issue since Friday night. I have it set to auto-fill, always have. I check my setting and nothing has changed.

Something must have been upgraded in a way incompatible with browsers... I will hang out in this thread for ideas

Now it's Monday, and a lot of Sellers will be shipping sales made over the weekend. Is this happening only in the US with Etsy labels?

Same Issue - Adding my name to the list. Not fun doing them all individually and having to weigh everything if I don't remember their normal weights.
So this looks like it has been a problem since last Friday. Sad that Etsy expects so much from it's sellers but then can't even put up a simple note saying we are aware of the problem and are working on it...... Seriously disappointing. But remember don't miss your ship by date on your orders if you want to be a "Star Seller" SMH

Also having this issue since Friday and have all weekend. To top it off I just had a label fail to be created for the first time. Entering all this information adds a surprising amount of time to the process and now that it is straight up not working even after I enter the missing info I'm getting a wee bit mad to put it lightly.
I appreciate that etsy pauses stuff on the weekends, everyone needs time off and I prefer not to work them too, but now that it's the beginning of the week I hope this is resolved quickly..

Same here...after years of it pre filling....blanks. I still miss being able to call Etsy and speak to a human.
Saaaaame! After days of this, I am so annoyed at having to insert info for each order and worried about possible manual input errors. I resorted to purchasing my labels via the Etsy Seller App as the info seems to load there somehow. This is possibly just as annoying and inconvenient as you can only do one label at a time (I couldn't find an option to do multiples at a time unless I am completely missing it). I haven't decided which option is worse -_-

Same. Also have a huge red box at the top of my home page that says shipping profile updates needed, but it doesn't say which one needs fixing. I only have two and I have reviewed them over and over again. They are the same as they have been for the last two years. Ugh.
I'm having this issue too! Also, all my shipping label generated with Air Packets (NO SHIPPING), and I dont even have that option in my shipping profile. I had to go back and re-do all my shipping labels with tracking and request refund for all of them. Was a big hassle!
