Shipping Information Missing

Shipping information including weight, dimension, and service selected by buyer shows on the order screen, but after clicking "Get Shipping Labels" no information populates regarding weight, dimension or service selected.

Seriously this Etsy needs new CEO, we have zero support for the sellers.

Etsy makes huge profits from us as amazon does but customer service on Etsy does not exist. What is wrong with them, if they want more profit they should have good support like amazon, so useless.

Having the same problem. It usually auto-populates the shipping info and weight, but it's coming up with nothing filled in.

I wonder it it's because they are working on this part of the system. From today's announcement in the seller handbook

Mine has been doing that same thing, off and on, for a week or so. I use label presets, and when I click on the drop-down to choose one then all the info loads.

Annoyed to see it's not fixed, nor have they addressed it. And then after adding all my info to the things shipping today, ALL OF THE LABELS FAILED TO PURCHASE! This is beyond unacceptable!

I reported this problem via chat and received an email from Etsy support this morning - they know about the issue and are working to fix it.  In my chat I was told that I might have to purchase shipping labels outside of Etsy and then manually enter the tracking numbers for every order.

For those telling us how to set up calculated shipping profiles - thank you, but that is not the issue. We have already done that and have had it done for many years. It's the Etsy "Get shipping label" system that is broken.

I'm wary of putting in my sizing information manually lest the glitch mess something else up. Please fix this soon!

Same issue here.  It worked on Saturday, now it's blank when I go to print labels.

*No Community Announcements regarding this glitch.  Yet the constant push for using Etsy Labels.

WORKAROUND: I have gotten mine to work - but I had to install Google Chrome (I normally use Firefox)

I normally use Edge so I signed in with Chrome and the shipping info filled in automatically. 

So is this a problem with browsers on the Etsy platform?

Issue appears to be fixed on my Edge browser!

I had this problem too. I usually use Brave, but I tried Mirinesse suggestion and used Chrome instead and now it works. It may be a browser or a cache issue.

I still have the problem but I have noticed that the shipping cost dramatically reduced. Some of my heavy packages used to cost $17~28 to ship to Florida but it was only $11Ish...

@LvJungle  Shipping costs did not change. Make certain that your package dimensions and weight are correct before you purchase a label.

Actually some shipping costs have changed.  After USPS retired Regional Rate shipping, Etsy offered Cubic Bulk pricing through USPS which can save a bundle on some packages.

Yes! And the cubic pricing is the reason I would head to Pirate Ship on occasion. I am happy that Etsy is now offering this service as it can make a huge difference on some items.
